Kerry is such a wonderful singer and it is great to hear such an epic production from Brian - this sounds really quite fantastic. He is still such a great guitarist - amazing feeling.
I love Kerry so much ! I was at her very last performance in Wicked which was phenomenal but I had a crush on her voice the very first time I heard her sing "Defying Gravity" 2 years before ! She gave me goosebumps and I told myself "Ok, you live in France, but you have to see that woman in flesh and bones !" I am happy I met her, she is so kind and has a real real gift. I would miss her album for nothing !

I've never heard Kerry Ellis prior to listening to this, and her voice is pretty nice. And, of course, the guitar parts are fantastic. Does the opening remind anyone else of "Avatar"? :)

Furthermore, there's a subtle transition in between the words 'notably Freddie' and the words 'it's wonderful' (just after 5:54). So the meaning of what he was saying may have been altered or adjusted.
i hope she could include Nobody's Side from Chess into her album!! Heard her rendition on Night of 1000 Voices @ royal albert hall this yr and she was AMAZING in it. Best version I've heard!! Hmmm wondering why Idina Menzel was chosen over her for the role of Florence -- thought her voice's more suited. Really hope can hear her version of nobody's side on her debut~~~~~
They must be her favourite earrings :P She's wearing them in the photo I've got with her at the Edinburgh Festival and I think in every picture I've seen of her since she's been wearing them :P

Freddie's style is well-known as singing rock songs in tenor (despite the fact that his voice fell naturally into baritone). And he did often switch to falsetto.(although not in live performances) Just trying to clear this up.
