Thank you so much for your great tutorials! your techniques are superb! I have no idea what Turbinado sugar is, neither can I find any around me but we do have Muscovado sugar which is actually unrefined cane sugar. Can I use it instead?
I can’t wait to try it tomorrow ❣️❣️❣️ I was searching for a recipe just like this, will use chicken wings (I practised deboning them). What kind of frying pan do you recommend? I have all types to choose from. Thank you so much and love from 🇩🇪

Hi, as long as it's a large-sized pan, anything should be fine! But I personally used a cast iron skillet in this video!
You have any recommendation which sake to use for this?
The cheapest drinking grade pure rice (junmai) sake you can find would be the best! I personally don't use cooking sake as they are salted.
