My granddaughter called me and said the rubber came off the windshield wiper and it was metal upon the glass. There was an auto supply nearby I told her to go there and have them put one on. There was only one woman working there as she said she could not leave the store to give my granddaughter help. So I found your video sent it to her by text and she was able to install it herself. That's why I said Thank you earlier for your video it was really appreciated .

If you go to Walmart you will see that in the book where you look up wiper blade sizes the space for Toyota Rav4 2015-2018 rear wiper is blank. That's right, they won't tell you the size you need! Most of the previous models called for Rain-x R-12-A so that's what i got. I was super bummed to get home & discover i bought a 12 inch wiper & my 2018 Rav4 has a 10 inch wiper. I started to take the wiper blade back to Walmart, but i decided to try & see if it would fit & crazily enough it did so i'm going to roll with it. 🚙
UPDATE:
This DID NOT work!! In fact the wiper blade got stuck under the roof & i almost broke the arm trying to get it off. I tried to replace with the Rain X 10 inch wiper from Walmart, but that also wouldn't fit.
The lesson here is Walmart does not carry the rear wiper blade for a 2015-2018 Toyota Rav4. Go to an auto parts store instead.

Good to know. I just bought some new wiper blades for my 2017 RAV4 from Walmart and saw the blank space for the rear wiper in the book, so I only bought new blades for the front. I’ll look elsewhere for the rear one.

You can replace just the inserts. Some people prefer to replace the whole assembly.
