@@subramanianchenniappan4059 I'm so sorry that I'm just now getting back to you so late. I'm just now seeing this. I don't remember how many times that I listened to it, but I do remember that I was listening to it as often as I can. I was listening during my studies, I was listening to it at night before bed and even sometimes I'd leave it on during my sleep. Sometimes I'd put my headphones on and even repeat the affirmations to myself with passion to try and strengthen the effect while the music would play. So with any subliminal I recommend listening as often as possible.
