Courts could ignore photo evidences - but does keep it while considering alimony! (But what she mentioned on the the flat is not really possible, unless it is in her name or bought from her / her families wealth - also Alimony is usually capped at 30% of the income of the husband and that too only for half the length of marriage if married for less than 5 years or slightly more if married for longer)
But 498A and DV things are nasty - but there are supreme court rulings in recent times which stops Police and other courts to not rush into convictions on these - also anticipatory bail can be obtained for them - any good advocate can do all these !
The best approach is sadly to be an asshole and spread about her as much as you can to anyone and everyone she knows (dont leave any digital trail of it and dont post in social media - but share personally and vehemently)
In the current era marriage, commitment and long term relationships are not worth it (Supreme court recently consider long term living together or co-habitation to be equivalent to marriage and requiring alimony and all the shit)
Just have one-night stands or just pay for sex (you can always go outside India - like Germany,Netherlands, Turkey, Indonesia, Thailand etc. where prosititution is legal )

I also went through all these..first tried to put 498A...it did not work..then harrasment case without any proof..It went on for 6yrs..I had to pay the money....this is legal extortion.

Yes, it is possible. There are many judgements where husband got divorced on the ground of adultery and that too without any alimony. But divorce cases take some years. So, you will feel that you are not getting any relief but in long run when court rely evidence of wife having extramarital affair and grant you divorce on the ground of adultery and without any alimony then you will feel relief. I know a man whose wife is having extramarital affair and filed false case of dowry against him. He read laws on his own and proved adultery of his wife in court within 7 years and got divorced without any alimony. He is now more strong and earning handsome amount of money.
