Hi Nicolas, thank you for the great tips! I love the way you deliver all these knowledge by sharing with us the theories and proceed to show us some examples with explanation. This really help me as a newbies to have a better grasp of what you are sharing. Thanks a lot and looking forward to more videos from you! Cheers from Malaysia!
Hi Nico, I recently found you with the one I believe is your more viewed video, I dig deep into your channel and watched several videos, but this one, this one is the proof of what you have to give. I like videos like "10 creative ideas..." But they are kinda superficial (therefore you have tons of views there and only 2k here) I love this video because it's not a quick fix but a master class, I knew somethings but most was new and blew my mind. I learned all by myself and not going to formal education clearly make you miss a lot of good stuff that don't have enough marketing. Thank you so much for this, I hope you keep uploading this type of content even when you wouldn't get so many views.
Hi Gonzalo, and than you for your message! I totally agree, top videos are nice to do, but it's not my main format. It's a little treat I do from time to time. On the other hand, I wouldn't do masterclasses like this either anymore, at least not in this form, where I just talk to the camera. It's too academic, I find it more interesting and entertaining to do "behind the scenes" videos, to show and explain what I'm doing while doing it. I think we learn better by experience than the theory. 🤓 I invite you to check out the "creative vlog" playlist and tell me what you think! ua-cam.com/play/PLCYCi4QC4Qvt5eDLkgm5OFof0qGcPrCEg.html
I love this video. We all focus on technical things in photography and forget the composition. A great composition makes the photo artistic and the photographer professional. Just look at the work of famous painters. I am looking forward seeing your other videos.
Oh damn, you are soooo right. Today, it's like everything is about gear, but it's not, it's all about creative and artistic choices. Give a toy camera to a real photographer and he still can creates masterpiece.
Thank you for your feedback, Arthur. So it's noted on my list of videos to be made in the future. Considering the speed at which I publish it may not be for tomorrow, but it will come!😄
Bravo pour cette présentation, j'arrive en Savoie, nous sommes Confinés, et il pleut... Tes vidéos sont très bien faites, très claires et très agréables à suivre !
👍👍👍👍... and also compose for the intended final use of the image, like for corporate head shots leave top, left and right sides free from the subject so that they can be expanded in post to suit any use, for editorials and products leave negative space for text, on a panorama compose for both looking at it straight on and looking at it passing by,.
That's a very relevant argument! Each different composition carries different intentions, and can therefore also be used for specific genres. Thank for your comment!🙏
“Your eyes are focused on my face for several reasons. One, because I’m pretty good-looking”
-Nico, 2019

At 3.25 I immediately saw th silhouetted saxophone player. I knew I wasn't really a human!
Hello Nico, great video thanks for all the good lessons #iSpike 👍🏻 ✨📸✨
Thank you
Thanks to you for your comment Liza!
I like near the end: understood the rules and then forgot all, no rule is the best rule!!!
I think skin tones are important part of a good picture
Спасибо, за видио )
Пожалуйста ! And sorry for the late answer :)
Great video!! So instructive but I love the examples, as many videos are just: blah blah blah.
There is only one rule: there are no rules - “Gerara here man!”
thanks..
please make steady or more stable video, your sudden zoom out - zoom in and cut-out is not pleasing for my eye
Because I am attractive.... Hahaha... Funny, but please don't close that door behind you it is taking my attention away😁
