Do you teach a course on using this for filmmaking? Generative fill, compositing And Vfx . I need a place to start. I’m starting from scratch. If not where do u recommend I go to learn. This way I’m seeing you use this seems fresh and where I want to be. Thanks
Woah, Photoshop is crazily good at creating these Clean plates and extensions
Yes very capable and automated!

Badass vid
Thanks for watching our channel!
amazing video, superv effects! but don't use commands like add, remove or replace on the generative fill, you should leave it blank or write what you want to appear on the selection
Thank you for the kind words and tips! Will try that out!
I was convinced the left was fake while the right side was real footage 😂
Hahaha
awesome :)
Thank you for watching our channel!
nice content
Thank you for watching LightArchitect!
woah
I know right!?
Hi, which after-effect do you use 2023 or under 2023 and also what is your MacBook model please tell me about that
Hi Zaki. I have Adobe Creative cloud so it keeps updated to the latest version.
Love your work as always! Do you recommend color graded footage before using Generative fill? I'm working with slog 3 10bit 4:2:2 footage and was wondering if i should use it raw or after the grade. Thank you!
Hi Matt. I would generally use ungraded footage for all VFX and then add the grade after.
@@LightArchitect thank you!
Naice
Thanks!
I have a video idea that will blow, creating a shortfilm on iPhone , a 2 to 3 minute short film would blow on UA-cam because this is something a lot of people want to see especially with these skills of yours to give it a sci-fi short film❤
That was very cool....I wonder which would be the best place to start doing these sort of tricks ( AE or Fusion in Davinci)
Thank you Luis. It's a good question. Fusion is node based so better for more complex composites in my opinion. After Effects is easier for quick and simple composites. Hope this helps. Lots more helpful tutorials coming to our channel!
Yes!@@LightArchitect Thank You, I guess I wanted to go with Fusion to stay within the same editing app but I guess maybe I should start simpler. 🙏
Sorry for the rookie question, is the tracker you are using a plug in? or an effect in AE
No problem! The tracker is the one built into After Effects. No plugin required!
So do you think it’s a waste of time to learn unreal engine if I could just build a movie set or video set using this technique?
Hmmmmm. I think its not a waste of time. I think 3d software such as unreal is great for 3d effects in the distance. Blender 3d is even better when you add the ability to do simulations and better particle effects etc. This example in the video above is only 2d so its not the best for every effect. The idea is to have a collection of tools ready for you to create the effects that you want. This video should help you with understanding the overall VFX process a bit more --> ua-cam.com/video/2Yfb4Njp7_k/v-deo.html
Thank you 🙏🏾
Would photopea be a good alternative for photoshop?
Hi there. Unfortunately I have never tried it. There are some good free photo editing sofwares out there. Even Gimp has come a long way lol.
hi guys, im a videomaker and i always wish learn 3d to make it in my videos, but i dont know where start, its to many options so can someone guide me ? where i start ? i course ?
Won't be long until generating a video will be like asking Google to do a web search nowadays.
It could be coming. Who knows the timeline though. There's are lot of things to solve before that becomes 100%. Thanks for watching the LightArchitect Channel!
I imagine after 1 year, it is just the matter of minute and AI generate any background for your video. But, i also concern how the climate will change in one year.
To be honest I think it will be a while before its that seamless. A lot of these tools need some help already for a still frame. But we will see what happens. Still cool tools to use!
