I’m an Xbox guy PURELY because I love Halo, Gears, and Forza. But other than that I really just freaking love gaming in all forms.
Holy crap man. I was shaking my head in DISGUST because so much of what you said was 100% wrong (FIGHT ME!), but the bit about growing up with SEGA... that stung. Because that is EXACTLY WHY I WENT XBOX!!!

I originally only got Xboxes for Halo and the Xbox exclusives

The OG xbox and 360 were fantastic consoles. A shame modern xbox sucks but when it comes to collecting retro games you cant go wrong with the OG xbox due to the fact the majority of the titles are insanely cheap and fun, but most muli platform 6th gen games play, run, and look best on Xbox as well (like Splinter cell)
Not to mention the internal hard drive is a godsend. I cant tell you how many memory cards I have for gamecube,Dreamcast, and PS2 but my OG xbox I had since 2002 and still has 50,000 plus blocks of free data despite me having over 100 games for it....insane
Gotta be honest, as someone who’s been an Xbox person for my whole life, Microsoft and Xbox not caring about physical media is about to make me switch to PlayStation….which comes with it’s own problems like the shitty controller layout/battery life and PlayStation/sony not giving a singular fuck about backward compatibility for some reason….
But also, Nintendo is king. Sony and Microsoft fighting over second place tbh

Haha I primarily play xbox and I havent played call of duty since mw3. I do not drink pop and I also play my switch atleast every other day. I never had a genesis but I did have snes,nes,n64,ps1,ps2 and dream cast. I buy nothing but physical and I cant wait for alan wake 2 in october.O yeah I have played a lot of JRPGs on game pass. Love stereotypes
Hi, I'm an Xbox guy. So, of course, I disagree with all of this, I think the opposite. I enjoy both Xbox and Nintendo games... I just hate Playstation because all of their first party offerings are walking/movie simulators.
Hi I’m an Xbox guy as well but I collect physical copies only, from OG Xbox to Xbox one/ series x. Probably over 800 in my collection from all 4 generations. Not all gamers that play Xbox don’t care about physical media.

While I do think Nintendo is primarily for kids I still enjoy some of their games I just wish they'd make some more mature first party titles and put a bigger focus on power

I'm an Xbox guy, you know why? Because Sony tried to put an artificial obsolescence on the PS4 via the Cmos battery better know as the c bomb so when that battery dies your PS4 is just a brick👍

Green is indeed my favorite color, its also my dad's and grandpa's, I'm also a huge xbox fan I've has all their consoles, hell my first non xbox console is a Switch oled I got on may of last year
As an Xbox physical only yep GP is what others do not me. No Mountain Dew either never drank it. XBLive or GP Pop tarts or Aussie Shapes Series X win nope.
Some are probably true for other people but not really me, but I mean the COD one, Sega, Nintendo, don't play other Indies/2nd party games and why Microsoft steuggles to sell more than Halo/Gears/Forza stereotype and more only seem somewhat the caee compared to some Nintendo/Xbox types that do have both but not a PS conaole as they get yhe 3rd parties or 1st party they want on them.
For me I fit into the didn't experience many of the 1st party and especially barely any 2nd/3rd party exclusives but now do a lot more due to collrcting.
Like sure I had Scaler (own 3 PS2 copies now), Halo (didn't know we had till years later), Blinx 1 never knew of the 2nd game, Forza Motorsport 1 but no Project Gotham Racing at all like I do now. Or really many if any of the other notable OG Xbox games.
Discovered many from videos or tandim in game stores.
Got Richard Burns and Brutal Force in last few weeks. If can get 360 backwards compatible OG Xbox software running then yep. Spiderman 2 or Sonic Heroes too.
While had Kameo, Forza Motorsport 2-4, Halos, Gears, no Crackdown 1&2 I got 3 like in the last year still no 1&2, I discovered Kingdom Under Fire Circle of Doom in the past year.
Blue Dragon a few years ago same woth Etetnal Sonata (1 missing disk Lost Odyssey so couldn't play it and didn't feel like keeping it forever of I can't play the first disk). It varies.
Wasn't that into Sega but am now.
Ghe backwards compatibility stereotype versus the offerings on ghe service says otherwise let alone only shooters, sports and racing I vare for arcade sports that is all. But racing and abootera while eh nowadays still care about.
