You got to love Jacko and his honesty and antics he was a real character of the game and that's why crowds come and characters are needed you don't have them anymore in AFL & NRL which is Sad.
2:39: It says something that every type of player from the truly dedicated and the clean living to the Jackos and Wackos ALL hold Tommy Hafey in the absolutest highest regard.
I've met jacko 2 years ago.i was a behaving which I regret., and he is still sharp and funny as,a real bloke.no lobotomy happening there.good on year Jacko I have out run death other DEANO.
The footage would have been taken during the late 90s. The MCG has changed with the upgrade during the mid 2000s and considering the AFL logo they had on the ground and the Coke symbol around it they had at the time, I would have to say 1999 would have been the year this footage was taken.
Ahhhh! So you DO recall the guy was named 'Jocko'? Yeah, I remembered his name was Jocko, too. Now it's Jacko. Apparently changed by the Mandela effect.

Met him 15y ago on the magic mile in Morooka. He was selling used cars.
Leigh Mathews wasn’t a fan of his. He seemed to tone down Hawthorns aggression a bit at times. 😂
I love how Jacko is carrying on like a muppet, and Kelvin Moore is just "Who is THIS mf right here?"
My 14 year old son reckons he's awesome..ha
"It's not the ass hole of the world but you can see it from there"
Football is so sanitised these days....

He would not because he does not drink
