    Your chain is too tight which is why it is bogging.. the Husqvarna chainsaw is almost identical to the stihl. You can also tell by how quick the chain stops after you let off the throttle

    I'm a certified timber feller. I worked 12 years in the cable logging industry. I have 15 years as a tree climber.
    It appears to me you might get 25% of the lifespan of a normal chain. If you only plan to use your saw once or twice a year you might consider buying this chain.

    • @Graknorke

    • @MrFishone777

      Instead of sharpening from the front to the back of the cutting tooth it sharpens from the top down. The cutting edge is only half as big as a standard chain. Its also going to be really easy to over sharpen because it is so easy to use the sharpening tool.

    • @MrFishone777
      @MrFishone777 6 років тому +11

      Hands down the toughest saw is a Stihl (my favorite). Husqvarna is the only other brand I would even consider.
      Stihl has awesome power, especially bottom end torque. (gets stuck in the wood less often)
      Husky runs at a higher rpm and is generally lighter in weight per cc.

    • @MrFishone777
      @MrFishone777 6 років тому +12

      My advice for a beginner is to buy 6 new chains on Ebay and just put a new chain on when needed and then take the 6 chains into your local saw shop and have them sharpen them for you. Make sure you buy the right chain. Chisel bit chains are the best and sharpest.

    I sell these chains, they work ok but the common mistake is over tightening it the chain likes to loosen up a lot more than a normal chain when it heats up and the majority of operators tightened before it has a chance to cool then once it’s cool and they end up causing damage to the bar and sprocket I can hear the saw bogging down in the beginning of the video where as if this mis

    He forgot to put on his chainsaw safety pants that he promised to wear every time he is going to use the chainsaw.

    Taras the reason the Husqvarna is bogging is because your chain is to tight you can hear it goes zing it causes a lot of friction and slows the saw down a bunch using a good amount of its power

    I’ve noticed a couple of times but haven’t commented. Your left arm should be locked at the elbow when operating a chainsaw. If there is a kick back, it will direct the chainsaw to go up. Instead of having the chainsaw kickback and hit you in the melon!!!! Please be careful.
