Thank you for showing us these. As a perfume lover and enthusiast, I am shocked to find brands I never heard of, lol. Except Caron, that one I know. I love the beautiful visuals in your videos.

Thank you for this. I had read about Oriza Le Grand but didn't know they reopened. And didn't know about the others at all. It will be fun to investigate!

I was familiar with Caron and own Tabac Blond and I recently tried a sample of Oriza L. Legrand Relique D'Amour. That is a very interesting house and I keep thinking about the perfume I tried. It is strange but a work of art. I wonder about the other perfumes from this unusual house. Thank you Alice!

My new signature fragrance is Valentino BORN IN ROMA CORAL FANTASY. Such a gorgeous perfume, I love it so much. I always thought Valentino was Italian, but this one says 'Made in France' on the bottle. It's so beautiful ❤

Valentino is italian, exactly he is based in Rome near piazza di Spagna but he is presenting his collections in Paris since I don t remember but some years ago. So it s possible that his perfumes are made in France as the same a lot of American brands or European shoes brands create their shoes in Italy cause is quality guarantee.

Hello, thank you for the video. I would appreciate knowing about a perfume place in Paris that uses essential oils to create perfumes without synthetics. Thank you for any suggestions.

Great video as always. I could listen to you talk for hours! Not sure how feel about brands like Oriza L. Legrand… I’m sure they smell lovely, however these heritage brands don’t feel authentic to me when resurrected by entrepreneurs 😐

Merci beaucoup, Alice.

Hello Liz thanks for becoming a member. So I will advise you to try first Isabey they ship to USA samples you just have to pay the shipping costs. After Volnay and Oriza. Of course if you are coming to Paris try in the store.

@@Aliceinparisofficial @Aliceinparisofficial Thank you Alice. I am thrilled to be a member. I am coming to Paris in 2024 and now have to make a list. I will be in France for two weeks, as I also want to drive to Lyons and spend a day or two there. In the meantime, I will try the Isabey. I just this minute received my Guerlain Nahema EDP, directly from Guerlain, Paris. I absolutely love it! So elegant. I wish people would try these old brands rather than all the current and less refined perfumes that I know everyone is wearing here in California right now.

Thank you for the recommendation. Unfortunately, these Brands don't have options to purchase idiscovery set. At such high prices I was hoping to find smaller sizes to test. Maybe next time I'm in Paris I will explore the stores, but for now it's too expensive for me to Blind by

Hello they do sell samples (even very expensive for Dorin) but I am guessing they only ship in France. I am pretty sure they ship Isabey samples for the US ! Volnay, Dorin, Isabey do sell samples.
