Rally Report - Series 8 Special (28/11/1991)

Reupload of a video that was once available on UA-cam, but has since been removed. Nothing I can really do about the grey bars I'm afraid; as it stands, this is the only available recording of the 1991 Lombard RAC Rally Report special, which aired on the 28th of November that year.
Decided to dedicate this week's uploads in memory of Finnish rally legend Hannu Mikkola. As a result, I will be reuploading Rally Report-related content that has been featured in TGCC, but whose sources are no longer available. These were downloaded sometime between 2017 and 2019 and were taken offline an indeterminate amount of time thereafter.
