NB 442 v2 pro standard fit (wide fit is unavailable where I live) are the widest cleats I've had on my duck feets ever. My issues with all cleats I tried (Copas, Morelia 2 Elite, CTR360, Legends, Vapors, Pumas etc.) is either to cramp fit with synthetic uppers or if upper is made from leather to narrow outsole with makes my feet "overspill" outside and results in dangerous instability. 442 v2 fixed all above and in addition these cleats weights literally nothing. Highly recommend these to any duck feet football lovers :D Here are the weights of some of my football shoes for perspective.

Morelia 2 Elite FG - 227g
NB 442 v2 pro FG - 177g !!!

Tried one of these but in the black colorway. Looks cheap but truly feels like an elite or .1 boots considering its price.

I love this so much. I really enjoy it, it's so soft. Sadly, I didn't get the wide feet variation to fit me better but my normal version is good for me without insole. I love the upper, it's so soft and comfy. Man, thank you for your review that made me bought this pair of boots. Keep it up bro.

If anyone gives me a choice between this pair and the Nike Tiempo 9 Elite, I would choose the Nike Tiempo 9 Elite and sell them, then buy this pair and keep the changes.
Solid 9/10 boots, not perfect because I get crazy blisters from the red internal heel counter. Gotta bandaid my heels before I use this pair everytime.

Yeah! They're great in my opinion. Otherwise I would go for an Asics boot - the X Fly 5 is my favorite
Hi Noah! Love your one month reviews. For this particular limited version, is the midfoot really leather or synthetic leather? I have asked a few retailers on this gold limited edition colourway (albeit in HG sole plate which is btw even more suitable for AG and u should try!), they all said the midfoot is synthetic leather. not natural leather. it is confusing me!

I purchased size 11 wide version from tokyofootball. I usually wear a size 11.5 and the fit is a big snug for me. Do you think think I should try to get 11.5 or play in it trust that the leather will stretch out.

Thanks for the helpful review! Do you have any advice on sizing? I've been playing in Mercurial Vapor 14's size EU 40 (a bit snug in the toes and narrow for me), and am currently testing out the Tiempo Legend 9 size EU 40.5 (which still feel a bit narrow). I'm hoping the wide version of this boot will sort me out.
I'd go true to size! They fit great in my usual 9US which I wore for both Tiempo and Vapor 🤝
Great follow up review , I bought the white and green ones and they are great not just for value for money but great in general , only weird thing I encountered is that I had to go a full size up from my uk 8 which I found really weird as the gold ones fit true to size.
That's so strange! I'll have to keep that in mind if I decide to get another non-gold pair 🤝

Curious to hear how you view these for someone playing CB/RD just getting back into competitive play. Blew a cheap pair of cleats in my first match. I play hard, and press often. Would this boot be your top choice for that position? I don’t care to handle up field but will every now and then. Really looking for stability/durability and some responsiveness as well at least enough to help my keeper off some sharp cuts. Curious to hear your feedback, thanks for the content!
Your position has nothing to do with the position you play! It's MOST important to use boots that fit your foot the best 🤝
Thanks so much for the reviews these are brilliant, but mate please... are these the widest boots you have tried? I just went and tried on the copa mundials and they were too narrow! I exclusively wear and exercise in barefoot shoes and can no longer fit in traditional shoes. Do you think these would work? Would the Mizuno's fit better? Hoping to hear which boot in your opinion is truly the widest! Thanks. These seem like an incredible budget option and I'm willing to buy more expensive ones if they fit. These are super wide, especially if you get the "wide fit" variant! If you don't fit in these, the only other option I'd consider would be the Adler Yatagarasu - UNREAL comfort and fit. Hi noah. Currently this 442 pro and predator accuracy.1(the high cut) retails at the same price where i am. I know it is not much the same silo, but from same price point what do u recommend better?

anyone know what NB warranty is like? always stuck with nike cus if the soleplate comes off u can just get new ones within the first 2 years.
Not sure mate, but usually check with whatever soccer store you bought them from - they'll usually replace broken boots like Nike does 🤝 If you get them directly from NB, it might be worth going on their website to try and find a return/defect policy.

I wore these for a pickup game and my ankles hurt so bad because of the red patches. Once I took the cleats off, I saw blisters of the size of peaches. I returned them right away and couldn’t play for 1 month because of the pain on my ankles.
Funny enough, I’m trying to buy them again. I don’t know if I gave up on them too soon, or if I just needed to 1/2 size up to prevent those huge blisters. You didn’t experience any discomfort?
That's too bad mate! I have had no issues with mine at all, and the red heel pods provide more grip on the back for my particular foot shape 🤙🏼 I suppose it just depends how you fit in the boots. If anything, blisters come from boots being too big, not too small 🤝

Had these for a few months. Amazing, only issue is the toe is peeling from the sole plate on one of the boots. Not sure what NB’s warranty is like
That's a good question, I'm not sure. My guess is if you bought them from a soccer store then they'd give you a new pair, but if you bought them from the NB website that might be a different story 🧐

That's totally personal preference! Some people find stud pressure to be unbearable, but it depends on your foot type

Depends on your foot shape mate but I find the speedflow.1 to be more comfortable. My Ultra 1.4 review comes out soon too!

I'm considering to buy this boot because rn I have puma ultra 1.4 but the problem is that it has absolutely zero protection I get stepped on all the time and it hurts alot does this boot atleast have decent protection since it's made from kangaroo leather?
At some level mate you'll never have the perfect boot for that. A stud is going to hurt no matter what unfortunately... That being said, it's DEFINITELY more padded than the Ultra 1.4 🤝

Not really! They stretched a bit of course, but not enough to warrant going 1/2 size down. They also fit perfectly on the length, which is the first thing I advise people to focus on 🤝

Well I just got them. You nearly sold me on the v2 Pros, but im coming off an old pair of 2012 Puma evo speed K leather turf version...they have been great, but it was time for new boots and I leaned more towards a turf shoe. Visually and comfort wise I am impressed with the 442 turfs and they actually feel lighter than the Pumas. We'll see how they go, but knowing New Balance and based on your review of the cleat version I am sure they will be great. @@NoahCavanaugh

If I had to pick one and I had unlimited budget, I'd probably go with the Morelia 2! That being said, the New Balance is HALF the price of the mizuno 😅
