IF you ever have the chance, walk through Riverside Park/Westside High way starting on 57th street when it rains. The sound is amazing with the water hitting the Hudson river, the cars zooming through the high way and you also get a beautiful foggy view of the city and New Jersey. The park has amazing metal structures where the rain sound gets amplified and it makes it feel like you are in a house with a tin roof. It's so peaceful.
Rainy cold weather in the city is a guilty pleasure for all sunny-weather lovers that I know. I think it is the convenience that makes people prefer sunny and warm over rainy and cold (extreme weather excepted)

Rainy cold weather in the city is a guilty pleasure for all sunny-weather lovers that I know. I think it is the convenience that makes people prefer sunny and warm over rainy and cold (extreme weather excepted)
I enjoyed watching this. Just seeing people out and about when things were normal
