Thank you for talking about disciplining yourself and finding the balance between not taking life too seriously and having fun but also taking control and doing what needs to be done even when it's not "fun". I also wanted to ask if you ever considered making a full video where you teach us some of tour fav philipino dishes? I think it would be a great chance to educate us on the cuisine, especially for people who live in areas/countries with limited connection to other cultures (like myself). About the eggplant allergy thing: if you have an itch in your mouth from raw vegetables or fruits or food in general it’s usually because you have some sort of pollen allergy. I have a pollen allergy so many raw fruits and vegetables cause a severe reaction but when they’re cooked it’s completely fine.
I have the same thing with onions - white, yellow, red/purple. Unless they’re caramelized, they tingle in my mouth like they’re “spicy”.

ohhh!!! imma have to try this!! Cambodians would do the same with the eggplant, minus the egg, cut it up into pieces and stir fry it with oil, minced garlic, and then some slight soy sauce! They add cut up pork belly pieces and add some green onions!!

keep score of the things u want to do. if its going to the gym, print out a calendar and draw an X if you didnt go and a check mark if you did go and u can keep score of how many times u went and avoid all the guilt :] this can apply to anything like eating out, vaping, drinking, and applying to jobs.

Have you ever considered having a kitchen island/bar table on the kitchen side, where you got the red cabinet? Have the tv where your sofa is, have the sofa out in the open. Then having the computer upstairs. ? 👀 more storage space, more airy if placed correctly? You can also get those islands/tables with flaps for extra seats when needed 🧐 just kinda curious

15:26 i always have lists for everything but then im overwhelmed about how much stuff i gotta do. :P likee i get stressed because my lists are never in good order and i cant make them be in good order, just doest happen.. i do have unmedicated adhd and anxiety and im autistic (also having symptoms of severe depression and i know the reasons but dont have the money to fix them..), so functioning is a bit challenging.. ur videos do help with some of my problems. :) i get motivation to take care of myself and i can also calm down a bit, so i've been able to do some things that cause me anxiety. just yesterday i went ALONE to get my skincare from A MALL. that was a bit scary but i also had a good time :))

Cook in boiling water 4 three minutes till the eggplant have mushroom texture (if u leave it for 5 minutes it will probably melt off), apart pepper, garlic, vegan butter and Parmesan. Fried it and at the end mix the garlic with the eggplant almost enviroment cold. Din din din best eggplant recipe. U can try that with white sweet potato fries

STANNNNN! I got really into film photography these past few years and I recommend getting a refillable point and shoot camera to use! You can use whatever kind of film you like and you get better quality pictures with a glass lens and 36-38 shots per roll of film and its usually the same cost to develop. I have an olympus mju 1 my dad gave me but there are a lot of options out there! It's better for the earth too with a lot less waste. You slayin it bestie.
