Thank you for explaining this as I was wondering why the record of the account for the restraining order by murdered wife in the Tim Bliednick trial was put under seal ... my guess is it it's because it probably involves their children .
But I feel the jurors and the court had the right to hear the whole story since the poor wife couldn't speak for herself ... other than the text she sent her sister saying if anything happened to her that it would be the husband who did it to her and she does mention the domestic violence and that he would try to make himself appear to be the victim instead of her ... she was found Shot 14 times .
As the judge read the verdict he counted off each of the shots .
The ex husband ended up with a life sentence .

@Jedidiah McKeehan Why would a new case be filed under seal? I'm specifically referring to a recent home invasion, sexual assault, robbery and aggravated assault case in which the defendant shot at police in the process of trying to escape from the crime scene. It the case sealed due to the sexual nature of the crime?
