Is a real condition where two people share the same hallucinations, it give you an idea of how their relationship works

@@rowanreniewick1012 I honestly don't know exactly how it work, I'm no psychiatrist or neurologist, but I do know it is very rare and people with this condition are often related either by blood or socially.

It will be really interesting to see if in this iteration, the Joker will play a more "passive" role, cause from the trailer we can see Harley pushing and pulling him quite a lot. He's obviously happy he finally found a soulmate but her...it looks like Lady Gaga will be insane in this role, she plays into the unhinged character of Harley so well.

JOKER: FOLIE À DEUX - I just saw the trailer in a movie theater - curiously, it looks like the visual universe of BACK TO BLACK about the life of Amy Winehouse (very good movie) - the movie JOKER with Joaquin Phoenix is a masterpiece - and Lady Gaga is a genius - I don't know how it's going to be - you can never expect too much from the movie industry - but unless I be dead at that moment, I'll go see it on the big screen in a movie theater, where real movies are to be seen

Ever since I'd read that this movie was going to be a musical, I've been skeptical as Hell about it, & have been wondering if it might not be end up a disaster of Showgirls-like proportions. But there are a few factors: With credits in films like Signs, Gladiator, & Walk The Line, you can't really underestimate an actor the caliber of Joaquin Phoenix at this point. & if her work in A Star Is Born is any indication, Lady Gaga has some acting chops too. In the end, its this recent trailer that's persuading me to give it a chance. So I'm a bit more optimistic now.

But what has been talked about before the trailer came out and now with the trailer released is that the asylum Joker is on uses music as therapy. So they may make patients watch classical musicals and then ask them to represent them as a way of making the criminals feel different emotions and characters. Harley may though manipulate Joker through this therapy and make them escape, making Joker believe he’s at those musicals they watched

As everyone knows the relationship between Joker and Harley is one of toxicity and turmoil where Joker is the personification of abuse and manipulation to Harley. But I have honestly been wanting a version of their duo where they genuinely have love for each other. I'm hoping this is it.
