While the first song slapped but stayed a more "generic" Intervals song, this one does feel pretty unique and slaps twice as much ! 'Circadian' is going to be an instant buy for me, I can feel it.

I saw intervals play live last year and had an opportunity to speak with aaron about where his style went, ive noticed alot of fans want to see intervals go back to the old heavier stuff and I asked him whether or not he would go there musically, he said he doesn't really know cause this is his way of expressing himself, and I told him yeah I agree like this is your heart being poured out into something you have so much passion for, its not always about what the fans want when it comes to what YOU feel inside musically, as a long time fan of intervals I will always appreciate what you they put out because I've already bonded so much with the music of the past and I've gotten to know the style so well, Aaron will never cease to impress us imo.
I waited for this one ever since he posted that little snippet on IG. Found myself constantly going to that video for this insanely catchy riff. The first two seconds after pressing play on this felt like coming home after a long time, man. Your music is deeply personal to all of your fans and please, keep doing what you do.
one thing that keeps driving me back to this track is that sort of softer background series of chords that begins @1:04-1:21 and again @3:36-3:54 😍 not sure if that's aaron or joshua's doing but it's so damn comforting and satisfying to hear. thank you to all involved in this song and album!
I was listening to this album today at work. and I didn't like this song when I first heard it. I thought it needed the album as context. then as I was smoking I realized I had this song stuck in my head and I actually like it a lot now. can't wait to see Aaron live again when he is in town.
There seems to be such a thick undertone of consternation with this track. Yet the melodies really save the day for me... I really like this presentation.
I was a tiny bit worried that there might not be many new sounds on this album after hearing 5-htp, which I think sounds alot very much like the way forward. Jeeeezzz tho I was wrong. I love the direction that this song takes. Sounds awesome and really original
Yea..the way forward is the first intervals release that disappointed me. The shape of colour was amazing but TWF was like the exact same thing but less interesting. It seems he still isnt tryin to get that 7 string back out but on these 2 songs alone, he outdid the way forward. Excited for this one.
