"Development!" *moves the king* xD
Always calm and composed Carl
I give Taja credit, he went down in “noble” fashion so to speak. He gave conceded the victory to Carl instead of flagging him for his own viictory.
should have flagged him.
@@NOTHGIFI agree. I would have.
@@Avoid_The_Clap-Jimmy_Dugan double agree, flagging is an honorable win, he let Carl's trashy talk think he had to concede. Magnus and Hikaru have no problems winning by flagging.
I politely disagree. 34 seconds is ample time for an expert to advance/queen the pawn, trade off the bishop for Taj's knight...ten seconds in my estimation. From the the board is just about clear for an elementary King plus Queen mate. Now if it was fifteen seconds than it's worth proving the win under time constraints.
Dude's got extra tactics hiding in that unibrow
Why is that? What is that inside voice that make you to be ugly?
Taja: You care to ****?
Carlini: Me? Who? What? Yes, I can crush you again!
Taja: Ok, yay!
🤣🤣🤣
Carlini so calm.
Hey Carl .. that background laughing 😂😂🤟
This opponent watching board like he found mate from first move🤣🤣🤔
Give the man a break, he's got impaired vision.
1:28 carlini missed a nice free pawn with his dark square bishop, if he takes on a3, white cant recapture or it leaves the knight on c3 hanging and the queen and rook battering ram are coming in for a pleasant pawn push queen side.
at the same time white is almost obliged to recapture or else the second pawn falls for free too or alot of pressure starts to protect the b pawn with the knight en prise. if white tries to defend the pawn with a rook and doesnt recapture the dark square bishop, black can sac the bishop for the second pawn, because it leaves the knight hanging for the queen.
once the queen is down there and the white A and C pawns are disconnected and both hanging, blacks A and B pawns will have a walk in the park
Go Taja, Never Yield!
So good
a car trying to start in the background
Taj is an extremely fast player
Carlini had less than 3 seconds left and Taja had over 22. Extremely surprised he resigned. I think he could've won on time
He was being polite I think
I think this was Meta chess, getting another one with Carlini. 😀
Nice
lol @5:15
Kc2 is a draw, Kd2 is a win. Its that close.
Taja won in my opinion but was outplayed the whole game. I often lose to time even though im ahead in position and accuracy. That's on me (and Carlini) for taking to much time to think. A good opponent makes you burn your clock.
Just wondering is Taja on the spectrum? (not that there is anything wrong with that.)
He is clearly very much on the spectrum (I have a son who is on the spectrum, but less than Taja)
Taja IS the spectrum.
@@paulgoogol2652
What is the spectrum ?
@@elbowspeak I think you should stop that, he seems to have bad eyesight, otherwise he's an intelligent, good-natured teenager

I appreciate where you're coming from and that "labeling" isn't necessarily helpful. Thanks for coming with the intent of kindness.
I said the above because I think we need to be even more thoughtful and kind for those who present differently in social situations. I wanted to preempt anyone in the chat making fun of him as often happens with neurodiverse people. I will say from experience that it matters to kids who are neurodiverse to have others take that into account when interacting with them.
I am sending an official complain since Carlini did not squeal as he usually does when advancing
first

Was no match to Carlini
carl would have lost on time if taja had played on. 3.4 seconds left no way could he have mated him. just play Nd4 and if b2 then Nxc6 and NO WAY will he be mated in 3 seconds. :)
@@mikhails5483 nope. look at the time on carls clock from here 7:30 and you can see it tick down o 3.4 seconds.
Kc2 would be a draw, Carl's uscf rating is in the 2000s, no surprise he went Kd2.
What is his disability?
I guess he hovers over the board because he can't see too well.
Anybody notice how in her videos she never really “road tests” the hypercars she displays? She drives them like a grandma!!! Not a very impressive showing of what they can actually do…
So true.
Who the heck is "her"?
@@nogoid indeed, this appears to be a youTube hiccup from another planet
