This was such a great start to the channel, I can’t wait to see everything else coming soon 🙏🏻
"40 000 people used to live here, and now it's a ghost town. Never seen anything like it."
is this a reference to something
@@macafromthewired Yes, Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare
@@macafromthewired just life
@@arthurmorgan69420 LAAAAAAAME.
Hey neat y'all made a video about that COD4 mission :D
Radioactive Puppers are still Puppers 🥺
Puppies of Death, far exceeding Cerberus
chernobyl is such a fascinating place, creepy and beautiful at the same time.
It really was a thing of beauty and sadness, when I was there it was in the depths of winter so the atmosphere was truly astounding and it’s something I hope I captured while on location.
@@connorjonesdecades521 how long ago did you go?
@@bardiaozzie i went in the December 2021 so not so long before the Russian invasion
@@connorjonesdecades521 that's pretty crazy man
New Subscriber Came over from #Fizhys Channel and gotta say the 1st 4 videos are top quality interesting & Factual great great job. Good luck lads... This channel will grow fast pleased to be geared early x ❤️💙
My mom's friend lived in Germany when this happened. She would play in the snow that fell soon after the disaster
It wasn't snow.
Germany isn't even close to Ukraine its almost from California to Texas that's how far it is from Central Europe to East
"The radioactive materials continued to spread over southeast Europe, and more than 77,000 square miles (200,000 square km) of land are contaminated in varying degrees. One thing good is that now, 30+years after the catastrophe, radioactive iodine is almost gone, as it has a relatively short half-life of only 30 years."
Far more than 941 miles
@@efecar5929 I know this was a comment from a month ago, but the damage from a nuclear disaster has far-reaching consequences. The radioactive fallout from the event only recently stopped affecting sheep...in Scotland.
this is awesome just found the channel used to listen to the rdr2 content UA-cam recommended this for once yt got it right
Fantastic start to the channel lads! Can't wait to see more!
Personally, I'd like to see you cover the Roman Empire and the First Fleet to Australia
What a great start to the channel lads, can't wait to see where this goes!
This is the best possible start to this series & something that has both fascinated & terrified me for many years. Excellent work guys.
loved the video, really insightful as i hadn’t really known about what happened in Chernobyl when it happened. my one request would be if putting in chapters is possible going forward? it’s personal preference i know, but i guess i’m used to watching longer form content with chapters
I have to add how much I enjoyed listening to Connors bit about his trip, super interesting. Looking forward to the next one & love the channel name.
Great work. I' m so excited about the future episodes and I hope we can see you discussing while being in the historic location
Fantastic video, the first segment really captured the event really well, and your banter was top tier, good job guys 👌🏼
"Very bad Very sad" Fizhy 2022
Nicely done! I’m excited to see what other stuff you guys have lined up!
This one I just thought of off the top of my head. Dover Castle. Do that one.... Yeah
This was a great video lads, I’m looking forward to all the Connor and Ethan adventures to come!
Great start, keep it up lads!
Really enjoyed this, can’t wait to see what the channel puts out next
Love it lads - sending love from New Zealand. I will view and interact with everything to get this channel cool
incredible video lads what a bangin video to start with, it was such an entertaining watch, i wish you luck with this channel, i'll be watching every video
Hope the channel takes off, first episode was interesting and wasn't expecting you to have actually went to Chernobyl to make it. I'll be watching the next one for sure.
Great video guys, never knew what actually happened in Chernobyl until now. Looking forward to what else you have in store 👌
I enjoyed the whole video! Would love to see another one. Take your time and release another amazing vid like this
I visited Chernobyl in earlier 2019. Absolutely fascinating experience as i am obsessed with the story. RIP to the lost souls!
Nice job with your first history video, from one historian to another!
Oh, yeah, sorry about the radioactive toilet, that's kind of my fault. When your Chernobyl tour guide offers you a homemade burrito, please just say "No" for the sake of your loved ones.
Great start loved the feeling of listening in to a conversation
I’ve been needing more history content 🥰 very excited to see this channel grow
Edit: if I wasn’t sold before, “please like share and kick a dog” got me
Love this channel already. Well done lads 👏
Welcome to a history lesson for grand sirs
Love the new channel. Great stuff
This background music reminds me of Cayleigh Elise, one of the greatest true crime UA-camrs of all time
Trains, highland cows and Wetherspoons!?!!? Are you actually me
Great first vid can’t wait for more content
Brilliant start to the channel
I’m looking forward to the Video I love history
I love Everything about the voice of this
Holy shit this was amazing
Both of my daughters have fpught different cancers because they were very young when Chernobyl hsppened while I was assigned to the Berlin Brigade in West Berlin, Germany. Im3still bitter over Chernobyl and the U.S. governments silence on what military membrs and their families may have been exposed to and its consequences
They should paint each cover, so that in the future they can be in the Guinness book for worlds largest nesting doll.......
R.I.P to all those who suffered.
This is great video
dang boy imma hafta clear my schedule for this one
Adventure request, can you send Connor to Stalingrad
Liked the video
It's crazy that no one can step foot in there for thousands of years because of how devastating it was.
Can't wait to see this channel blow up, not like Chernobyl tho.
Love learning about Chernobyl kinda creepy tho
I remember
Yes can't wait
Wonderful
Some dude that plays RDR2 sent me to say hi.
Gee, I sure hope someone got fired for that blunder!
Youre so right, they should make an assassins creed game here
🍿
hat woulda been cooler if it had a hammer and sickle tbh
Chernobyl
We gotta get a streamer to react to this
Come on bro I've been waiting 5 days when does it start
Could you please send Connor to Uluṟu in Australia
It’s a possibility
We shouldn't forget the Soviets saved the world multiple times
Chernob
Wonder what the Russians have found there recently they have been awfully quiet about the subject
Nothing? They just stole a bit of radioactive material, which was in the news. They tried to shut it off again etc. But they got it back in time luckily, before they could shut it down so it wasnt cooling anymore
Chornobyl not Chernobyl
Fortnites not going to die
Didn’t HBO already beat you to the documentary
Nobody's complaining
