no need to to pay but you can ask questions about the build. This build generally needs a lot of gons to even start with. It does like double damage when mobs or frozen, feared, or stunned. So ideally you want to use stomp during cold. Also you want freeze on hit on the belt secondary option which is hard to get. you can numblock shouts and it's a very brain dead build u just hit frenzy and kill stuff to get occi and rampage stack. U get some progress and get good pylons at the right time and that's about it.

Don't have freeze on hit on belt, and that most probably makes the difference because most of players that did 150 have that, thank you for pointing that out.
