Hi I bought this machine just 4 months ago but every time I tried to embroider it chewed the T shirt I tried to embroider after 4 months and realised the lock frame has come off the tension is all messed up I am so upset as I paid £1600 and never used 😢 pleas help me in these fields b4 I send it to brother for repair many thanks 🙏🏼
Hi, I am so sorry to hear this. I am not sure why the frame lock would have come off - but that is something that a technician would have to take a look at.
