Necessary materials
For the filling:
minced meat (400 gr).
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (15 ml).
1 onion.
1 carrot.
1 red pepper.
1 green pepper.
2 tomatoes.
1 tablespoon of tomato paste (50 gr).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g).
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
parsley.
For the crepes: (8 crepes).
3 eggs.
1/2 teaspoon of salt (4 g).
2.5 glasses of milk (500 ml).
1.5 cups of flour (180 gr).
For bechamel sauce:
1 tablespoon of butter (50 gr).
2 tablespoons of flour (60 g).
3 glasses of milk (600 ml).
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
cheddar cheese (200 gr).
Bake in the oven at 190 °C for 25 minutes.
