I bought an MSI 2712 27-inch 165 Hz monitor. I found dead pixels on four monitors I checked. However, the last monitor, an MSI 2712 in white, seemed fine initially with no dead pixels. I made a mistake by not checking the black and blue colors for dead pixels. Upon checking, I found dead pixels on the black color, a green pixel on the black screen, and a black dead pixel on the blue screen. Muhammad Yaseen from Tekonware said I can't exchange the monitor under the dead pixel warranty because I bought it without properly checking for dead pixels.

And what do you think about its reliability? I had ease one and it showed line after using it for 11 months. Also do you think 100% srgb rating is enough for a 2k monitor?
It's avg mrpt is around 4.6ms they advertise 1ms. What about the GTG response time? If they claim 1ms mprt response time (which is not it's 4.5ms avg) I wonder what would be the gtg response time? Maybe same? The MSI monitors have less gtg response time like 1ms tested not fake advertising, but they never tell you about the mprt, now if test the mprt of MSI monitors then it will be around 4 ms mprt, but with higher refresh rate and overdrive settings you can minimize the motion blur. So which would be better 1ms gtg with 4ms mprt (including slightly motion blur) or 4.6ms mprt and maybe same gtg.
@massab_sohail it depends on your use case, for gaming only (msi and asus are also good but poor colors because of less adobe RGB and sRGB). They are good only for gaming. But if you do professional work and need color accuracy, brightness then this Mxg monitor is best because it has more color accuracy and brightness, also it has better refresh rate for gaming
