I actually played Cara Mia Addio when I went on an elevator to leave a local hotel's restaurant and went into the lobby. It was so fitting because the song ended when I was outside. When Space Phase came up, I instantly pictured the menu screen.
I would like to thank portal for getting me into video games. It may have not been the first one I've played but it definitely got me into it, everything about this series is great, thank you Valve

@@Azure_Pancakes That didn’t age well. Chinese air pollution has created a business of selling clean air in a can for .50 cents each. The business owner made 6 million very quickly.
These tracks are all from Portal 2 (composed by Mike Morasky) but I have to argue that the Portal music (by Kelly Bailey) is much more calming and relaxing. Take a listen to “Subject Name Here,” “Taste of Blood,” and “Self Esteem Fund” for a truly transcendent experience
I always loved Machiavellian Bach. Reminds me of this really really old school Sega Genesis game called Columns. It had background music similar to that song lol. (Maybe not the super synth part but the beginning part, absolutely)
Portal 1&2 really have some really interesting music tracks that have Techno, and synthesis noises that beats in a rhythmic tone that matches with the insane, yet highly advanced research facility of Aperture Science is known for.
How is this track list relaxing/calming? Adrenal Vapor is just annoying. Machiavellian Bach, srsly? Cara Mia and Turret Wife Serenade aren't "relaxing" with their vocals. I would make a different one with truly calm and relaxing ones. Mainly from Portal 1 (Self Esteem Fund, Party Escort) but also some from Portal 2 (Overgrowth, I Made it all up, Space Phase) throw in the Soundtracks from the Mods Portal Pro and Rexaura and you got some ominous, lonely but calming ambient playlist.

What you don't find loud robotic and mechanical noises relaxing and calming?
This is the music for evil scientists to relax to whilst they're figuring out a way to make air a paid product (or somethin' like that)
