The Gerbing Coreheat12 Jacket Liner has been updated for Fall 2013 with a refined look, improved technology and is now Made in the USA. The Gerbing Heated Jacket Liner now uses materials that are sourced 100% in the USA using only a Raven Black mini-ripstop material that will be consistent throughout their entire Coreheat12 collection. A new Raven Black taffeta lining has been updated over the old lining and now feature Classic Red brushed poly details at the collar and pockets. For providing safer and better controlled heat to the rider, the new Coreheat12 Jacket Liner has thermal resistors in all the heating elements that prevent the panels from overheating and maintaining a safe maximum temperature of 135 degrees. Kudos to Gerbing for relocating their manufacturing of all Coreheat12 products back to the USA with a new SOTA facility in North Carolina. The Gerbing Heated Jacket liner comes with everything you need to power and use the jacket liner with basic ON / OFF functions, but we highly recommend purchasing a temperature controller. The Heated Jacket liner is also pre-wired to be used with Gerbing heated gloves and pants and is compatible with the Gerbing Flexpack battery for heating off the bike.
