I hit a PR of 385 naturally in my 40's, and also was still dunking at 5 9, but I have always been very athletic and strong. That's a lot of lifters prime, and PRs are hit at that age. It's also rare to have low testosterone at that age. They push the low t thing a lot, but it's mostly for money, very very few people have it, and it goes down so slow. My dad is 74, and his Test was 620 normally on his last blood test. He doesn't even lift, but he does jog daily, and does yard work daily lifting things around. Maybe you really have low t though if you're not feeling good. Some people are just predisposed to low t. I mean some people feel badly and older than they should in their 20s. If it low and you get on TRT then you will feel and perform how you should. Good luck man.
