In the last 15 years majority of Muslims and Christians preferred to vote Regional parties rather than Congress. The reason being whlie Conress used to get their votes, they did not give them even normal support while they were in power. Regional parties like DMK, AIADMK,TMC, CPM, CPI and other parties wholeheartedly supported Christians and Muslims. If at all Congress get muslim votes in this ekection, that should be to prevent BJP to rule India for the 3 rd time.

I am confident because BJP will easily cross the majority 270 from north Indian states because it's rival there is congress which has lost all the credibility among the masses and in a direct fight BJP has the upper hand

The Congress Party is not just a political party. It is the ethos and spirit of India i.e the Bharat. No other political party has attained these attributes so far.
However the congress party is on its way of its purge now. This truth is known only to RG and PVG besides of course SG. Those who are somewhat aware of this truth are with RG. These hardcore loyalists will continue with the party no matter what they get in return. Other politicians in the congress party will come and exit as per opportunity and convenience and whenever they are tempted by other parties.
By purge I mean that the congress party has to atone for its previous grave follies. Some of such grave sins include emergency, golden temple fiasco, Sri Lankan tragedy, 84 Delhi riots, Nellie Massacre, Babri Majid Demolition etc.
The future of India therefore lies with the purged congress party. How long it will take is to be seen. A similar alternative party is to be born and that is the responsibility of young and future generation of Bharat.
The takeaway is that those who leave the congress party are doing a great service to the people of Bharat.

In the last elections too, Rahul Gandhi suddenly started going to the temples during the campaign. This also didn’t pay dividends.
It is time for the Congress to focus on the issues that are concerned to the people and put the agenda in front of the people. This will only bring back the Congress to the front. There are some news reports that Rahul Gandhi is set to make it to the top once again. Hope his recent interactions with the experts from the different fields would have given a lot of inputs. His party is in the power in few states. Some innovative projects may be taken up in these to gain the confidence of the people.
