Ukraine Kills 111 Russian Troops, Hits 6 Arms Depots l “Nuke England” Call l NATO Drills In Germany

- Ukraine’s military claims it killed 111 Russian troops and destroyed 17 vehicles in southern Ukraine on July 20. Ukraine’s military also reportedly destroyed a Russian command post and 6 ammunition depots. Three Ukrainian “kamikaze drones” reportedly struck the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power station. NATO forces from 19 countries are holding a multinational artillery exercise at Germany’s Grafenwoehr military training ground.
Meanwhile, CIA Chief William Burns claims Putin’s goal is to restore Russia to its former status of a great power. Dismissing rumours over Putin’s ill health, Burns said that “he is apparently too healthy”. Putin’s propagandist, Vladimir Solovyov, has said that Russia should attack England with a nuclear missile.

Not particularly; it's trivial to target precisely enough so that only England is damaged. Limiting the fallout would be trickier - it depends upon the direction of the winds at the time of the strike. But if Russia were truly crazy enough to launch such a strike, I think it unlikely that they would delay the attack waiting for winds blowing the right way.
Doing sanctions in phases is utterly, totally stupid. The moment Adolf Putler invaded Ukraine the West should have imposed total, complete, massive, AND COMPREHENSIVE sanctions. Maximum economic pain IMMEDIATELY.

The sanctions are not able to have a fast acting effect. The economic sanctions on Russia are the long game. And make no mistake, the west will have a few tough years at first while new infrastructure is put in place. However, Russia's isolation is permanent. Naturally that would also be the end of this beautiful planet. Using the tactical nukes would only be possible in Crimea, which is sparsely populated. Using them elsewhere in Ukraine would also mean deaths of Russian civilians in DPR and LPR, which would not go well with Russian public.
