great video! can you make a video on lower leg injuries i have shin splints
I’ve had shin splints and here’s how I fixed it pretty easily. Keep doing any activity that includes running and/or jumping (it can be what caused the problem in the first place), but as soon as you have pain you need to stop and rest for 48h. Additionally, you can do some calf raises everyday to put less pressure on your shins.
