Egress Training / Marine amphibious assault vehicles

Marine amphibious assault vehicles are so bad ass but before you can operate or be in one you have to do some dunker training / USAF term or underwater egress training. Getting out of an aircraft or in this case an Amphibious Vehicle in an emergency. Would you be able to do this or would you freak the F out? I never had an issue with the Dunker training but many do.
