@@PWMoze I think Partridge is mostly aware that he's not as popular as he hopes. Brent however still has that layer of self-delusion and desperation to be liked - the exact kind of character who'd go onto I'm A Celebrity and think he was popular because the public kept making him do awful trials.
What a disgrace, after all this man's incompetence and avoidable deaths in care homes ITV have deemed this man a celebrity 😡. Absolutely sickening and an insult to all the thousands of family members who lost a loved one!

I have three challenges for him: 1st swim through a river where they spill at that moment the sewage Tories don't care about. 2nd live a year on Universal Credit, without any easings. 3rd Life among immigrants in one of the immigration centers for 3 months, if not convincing the officers he had turned into a decent man he gets more months.
And do a 12 hour shift on a covid ward...

He needs to spend a month living in a care home with COVID-19.
He needs to swab the mouths (and maybe the other ends) of one thousand possible covid carriers without wearing any PPE
I'd watch this every week and would even mould my routine around it...
He failed to fulfill his promise in building 40 hospitals. Here he is appearing in this celebrity TV show.He also got blood on his hands for the covid 19 deaths in the UK.
This is beyond belief and below contempt.
They did build those hospitals over COVID but they didn't get used.

He doesn't think he's popular he knows he will be out very quickly there's too much negativity surrounding politicians for them to win but I'm pretty sure the money will end up in a charity and yes there are people who going to say they're going to keep voting for him but they are a minority the person who will be voted for is the person who freaks out the most politicians are experienced at holding themselves together this means he will be very boring

What a joke. When people go into the jungle, they try to put on a fake, agreeable persona, but it's too draining to keep the pretence up, and they end up coming across exactly who they are. In Matt's case, a complete pratt. Iain Lee said as much on James's show today.

Apparently, his constituency party were thinking of deselecting him. He got his wife to do a lot of the bag-carrying during the pandemic (fair enough, he was very busy at the time) and him cheating on her was seen as a very nasty repayment for that hard work she did

The main cause was the stupidity of the british people who, in full knowledge of the covid pandemic and its dangers, still toddled off to look at a bunch of flower arrangements and fake gardens.

So he reckons we should embrace popular culture? That's not the only thing that Hancock has embraced.
I will never judge anyone for the choices they make in terms of their own relationships. What I don’t forgive him for is breaking his own rules in the process of having that affair.

Matt Hancock owned 15% of shares in Topwood. His sister, Emily Gilruth owns a larger proportion of the shares and she is a director. Topwood secured £300,000 of business from NHS Wales alone. He was Health Secretary at the time.
He should do it during the summer holidays, not during House of Commons term time.

He joined I'm a celebrity because he knew that this was his best chance back into being taken seriously in politics. Unfortunately that's the world we now live in.
Ever since Hancock faked his tears during Covid, about the sacrifices of real people, it was clear to me that he’s one of those politicians that wants (sociopathically needs) to be loved. His affair with that staffer was probably a result of the same impulse. And, yeah, I love to be loved. But I don’t fake my emotions.

I hope the other contestants give him the absolute cold shoulder. I hope they effectively go grey on him and he feels like no-one. While they're all laughing and joking and collaborating and planning I hope he is utterly stared through as if he isn't there. Should there be a glimmer of humanness or kindness or authenticity on his part, then and only then I hope they come alive for him but no sooner than he reverts to sociopathy I hope they all turn away again so that he becomes a living ghost.

Watching 'I'm a celebrity' is so mundane. After all, we're already being recorded by cameras and many of us have started eating bugs.
The money he made from the 20 MILLION he gave his friend for PPI who runs a pub has been hidden in an offshore account.
What Hancock doesn't realise is that the public will vote to give him every grotty challenge going.
