Loved seeing the crane family! The cats are adorable, too! Glad you’re feeling better day by day. My hubby is retiring August 1st. It will be a change and an adjustment for us both! I’m excited for him but also bracing myself for the change that it will bring. 🌴🌺❤️
Yes - my hubby is also managerial - sometimes I have to say excuse me - I don’t work for you- also I’ve always done the finances with a notebook and pen- if it ain’t broke don’t try to fix it- we own the house and 42 acres and cars - saved a bunch and he is retiring this year at 62-pray for me 😂😂😂- I worked for many years and we saved my income - I had to retire at 50 because of Lupus - but our bills were always based on his income as a safety net
Hi Angela! Yes excellent that’s the way to do it! Yes when hubby finished college he started making what we both were making before that so I quit my job to stay at home but then I started a website business and all that went straight to savings and just pretty much lived Hubby’s income. I hope everything thing works out for your hubby’s retirement this year. Prayers for you both!

Hey Michelle, I'm sorry things have been stressful lately. Hopefully you can get your parent's home squared away and that will help! I also really hate making phone calls haha! I usually text our service guys which makes setting up those types of appointments easier. Those baby cranes were so adorable!! I enjoyed coming along with your for your week! I do a mix of schedule and fly by the seat of my pants LOL! Thanks for sharing!💖

Yes your right, I know it will be ok and hubby never stay made at each other for more than and hour. We make up quickly!! Sometimes I take a gong cart by myself to blow off steam lol! 💜👍
There was just my brother & I so he was the oldest & he did all the probate & then we sold the house the man that we sold it to he torn it down build a new house. But the house he torn down I was born in it 75 yrs ago.
Aww that kinda sad but life goes on! We get through it some how don’t we? 💜👍 We are attached to the house as mom & dad only lived in it the last 15ish years after they retired.
Oh, the baby cranes! We don't see the babies here much.
Every spring we see them here. We also so a lot when driving around in our golf cart.

I don't think I could handle not knowing what was going on with the budget. I would like to have more of a joint effort on the budget the next time Im in a relationship. It kind of all fell to me when I was with the kids Dad, and while it meant stuff got paid, it seemed like if things had to be cut or slighted it was always to my expense rather than a joint thing because we were often not on the same page.
