Worst brand atomberg
I have been using superfan for one year... No noise or other issues. Last month I bought an atomberg fan from Amazon and the fan works well, but the speed is a little lesser than the superfan. I don't know the current consumption details.
where is SUPERFAN ? they are the first BLDC fan pattend right owner in india !!

I appreciate the research done by the uploader and do not reject what is mentioned in the list. It is the youtuber's personal opinion (according to his research). People who just attack the guy must note that certain factors are subject to change, like...service promptness (depends on location), customer satisfaction (depends on service technician's skill), and your own luck (especially if you are gonna buy online). So no use blaming someone or arguing with each other. Everything is subjective these days. But, MAIN thing one has to check is CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE PROMPTNESS of brand, before buying. Do not just go by REVIEWS. As I said, certain factors change.
I have 3 bldc fans from 3 different companies and all 3 are good (for the time being..only time will tell). None of the 3 fans are on this list. I did my own research before buying. What I did was call all 3 companies' customer care and noted their response (whether they have a proper website, whether it is easy to get hold of their toll free number and speak to a customer executive etc. And then once I got hold of a customer exexutive, I enquired if my area pincode was serviceable and also which is the nearest service center, where it is located, what is the name of the authorized service center and their phone number. It may seem too much to ask, but hey, you are paying good money for it, and they should let you know these information.
Ok, below are my 3 bldc fans (I'm gonna buy a 4th one...and this video helped me confirm my suspicions about certain brands and eliminate them from the shorlist I made. so thanks again to the guy who made the video).
1) Impex Atom 28 - bought it at shop.
Fan has no issues after installation till now and haven't had to call service technician after 6 months usage, fan looks premium, has a small remote but0 good sturdy remote, has 5 yr warranty, only con is it has no LED light. Bought it for Rs.2890 at offer price).
2) Bajaj Energos - bought from Flipkart which had package inspection.
Fan has LED light, but only blinks while changing speed, you can't use it as nightlamp. It is the most economical buy for me..only cost me Rs.2399., it claims to have 5 yr warranty, look-wise not very premium, but it has nice thick paint coat and is least dust prone out of the 3. It had issue of sound and I called service technician, and now no issue...very prompt service. Been using it for 4 months now).
3) Luker Size zero (the 1st fan I bought, has prelium looks, dual color with matt finish and is the best looking out of the 3..looks so much like atomberg. It has only 3 yr warranty, but Main advantage is that it has LED lights and it has REVERSE function. I had to call service technician twice due to sound..but rectified and now no sound..they have prompt service. Been using this for almost a year now. Bought it for Rs.3400.
PLEASE NOTE that the tick-tick sound or any other sound you hear from the fan might be 90% due to poor installation by local electricians. For both the Luker and Bajaj fans I had to call the service technician because of sound, which was due to poor installation..in Luker fan, the local electrician even forgot to put the pins above and below😳. The other fan, bajaj, was done by another local electrician and here too a wire was touching inside the dome, which is not actually his fault but he should've noticed it. And that wire touching the dome was making the sound.
It would've been best if these brands gave the option of INSTALLATION (of course as an additional charge). And that would actually give them better customer satisfaction and brand value. I SEE THAT FLIPKART HAS NOW INTRODUCED THE INSTALLATION OPTION (for 199Rs.), which is great!
