I am pretty sure I do have it but could someone tell me? When it starts I get a spot in my field of vision where I can't see anything, it's kind of blurred out i guess, it ends usually after around an hour, I get it once a couple months. Then I go to lie down and I get a headache. After I wake up from the nap it's gone but if I shake my head or roll my eyes my head hurts. Is this it?

it could be a migraine, the scotoma could be an aura that precedes the headache
