if the laptop has 8gb of ram then its gpu will be limited, upgrade to 16gb and it will stay locked at 144fps at public matches and ranked, 240 fps is only doable in creative since in an actual match at best it does 190 to 200 fps.
I know it since i have the asus tuf laptop with an i5 11400h cpu and the rtx 3050 4gb gpu and just upgraded from 8gb ram to 16gb

I have the laptop and I connected a laptop and upgraded the ram and downloaded atlasos and im getting 400-500 fps and 210-240 fps in game
