Bell peppers look much nicer in my opinion If you go with the top down method!! Preserving the shape of the vegetable is always something I keep in mind.

The fridge got a dent
I'm waiting for it to explode!
i've learned not only cooking from your videos but also an infinite number of ways to assault a fridge
😂😂😂😂
Same.🤪
Until he pulls a 45 out
#fridgelivesmatter
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Dude the fridge bashing will never get old
It's hilarious
ThatDudeCanCook: *slices bell peppers like a savage*
ThatDudeCanCook's Fridge: *sweats nervously*
The mop to the fridge was so uncalled for! 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Ya wife should shake your jaw loose! 😂😂😂😂😂
😭
The first way is ok I guess but only for dipping as I said in the video! I think it’s nice to always try and preserve the shape of the vegetable you’re prepping for a dish. That stupid fridge thought I was just mopping what a chump!!I hope you’re all having a great day my friends!! Peace ✌️
guess u drop da dip
poor fridge
gets call stupid
✌ to you and yours man!! That fridge takes it because he knows who's boss!!
Explain the carrots
Petition to get the fridge company that made ThatDudeCanCook’s fridge to sponsor him cuz he has a strong fridge most other fridges probably would have broken after a few weeks of abuse
Chill
Hello there
So appreciate what you demonstrate for all of us, Sonny...👏
the humor is such an added bonus!🤣💞
This guy. I learn and laugh every single time.
But seriously... seriously....
THIS DUDE CAN COOK !!
AND KICK !! 🤺😂😁
Everyone's talking about the fridge abuse. Yet the table gets slapped at the beginning AND end of every video. #justicefortable
The best part of this is he didn't even really eat anything this time and yet his poor fridge still suffered
These videos changed my life for the better. Thx a bunch. ❤🤠
You won't believe, I sooo look forward to your videos. Was lost when you were not posting. Damn.
I can't wait for the video of him testing out a new fridge in store 🤣
I didn’t know this guy existed until 2 days ago and now I love him with all my heart.
I once had stuffed bell peppers with Kenny Rodgers. Kenny looked me in the eyes and asked me a question and I will never forget it!
Can’t believe how far you’ve made it! Started watching you before you went to tiktok for a few months, and then cooked some of your tiktok recipes. Love your videos and am glad you now have almost 600k! Thanks for showing me that smashed potato recipe too, still one of my favourites:)
I watch these videos just to see what he will do next to abuse his fridge
You couldn't just leave the defenseless refrigerator alone 😭
Good tip! I like using the first method after my knifes are freshly sharpened because it just feels very satisfying when you're rolling the pepper
I cut the stem flush with the top, flip it upside down, and cut along the angle like you do. It works really well when there are only 3 knobs on the bottom (whatever you call them).
That second hit to the fridge tho... Kinda like when power rangers walk away from the monster after they have beaten it XD
I have never cut a pepper the professional way 👀 I love how it looks. Thanks for sharing this 😌 also good attack on the fridge 😂😂😂
Yay I missed you posting,
This will help me a lot, thank you 😊
Those peppers have an absolute gorgeous color❤️💞
Best fridge attack in a while. Love your videos.
One day we will see nothing in that kitchen but pure fire 🔥
Man! You are the dude!♡♡♡ when you know you know.♡♡♡💯👍😋😋😋
Can’t wait to see my little grandsons and binge watch again and hear their belly laughter ...and see their undivided attention. Gma knows they are subconsciously learning cooking skills while waiting for all the fun and funny parts we love ! We love ya!!!
Concise and helpful! Thank you :)
I love you man... always bring a smile to my face (sometimes a LOL) and cheer me up if I am feeling down!
It’s so good that his mop even wants to hit the fridge.
Love all the recipes....but more, the Big D energy!!! You know it when you know it!!!
Oh… Ngl. I’ve never seen either of these methods before. My mother always taught me to cut out the green stem, then slice the pepper in half along a curve/dimple, then just scrape the white, and slice however.
My guy’s teaching me two new things in one vid! Love it!
You're right, that was beautiful bell pepper art. The double shot to the fridge was art also.👏
the surprise mop attack was brilliant. you make my day 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That fridge is always catching strays for just existing💀
😂🤣😂😂 when he abuses the fridge is what cracks me tf up
The point of cutting the first way is that when dicing for cooking, each piece and be uniform. This allows them to all cook evenly…
Love your vids man
I've never seen it done the first way. The rolling part was pretty cool.
So helpful, I’m cutting with the curves from now on, please do more how to cut things
This is like 100th time I’ve seen the first cutting method
The fridge didnt even see that coming. Love it
You got vibez again at the end! He's a funny guy
Bro this is an amazing pepper holy shit it shines bright like a diamond
I've always used the first way because pesticides build up especially on the top and bottom pieces that u cut of at the start but I cut as little as possible to save waste. I like how you do it tho! Love the channel x
Sneak attack on the fridge was funny😅
Dude you're just so funny and a great cook
The first method is how I chopped peppers but I very much like the second method. Thank you for your work.
You should be sponsored by a fridge company if your not already lmao 🤣🤣🤣
Extra bit of fun knowledge: the white bit inside is called the placenta (it's also where the heat chemicals are in chillies). The useful knowledge is that it attaches to the bell pepper wall where the pepper is indented; so you can cut the lobes of the pepper off without ever getting the bitter white placenta. After all the knowledge you've given me I thought I could at least offer this meagre morsel in return. If you know you know!!
I love it when he karate chops the refrigerator so funny 😂 Love his content I make rosemary salt monthly cause he taught me how
The fridge told me he was not fooled and totally knew what was coming
*Thatdudecancook exists*
Fridge: oh well I'm dead 👁💧👄💧👁
That fridge was caught off guard
The only channel I smash like before I even watch. I’m NEVER disappointed
When the refrigerator sees him get his camera out, it prepares itself for some violence. 😂
I cut mine straight down the middle and scoop out the inside veins, seeds and pulp. I can also remove the stem completely this way, left with nothing but two halves of pure pepper.
Fridge attack: next level.
That is the best way to clean a fridge
You are AWESOME dude thank you and I hope you and your family are doing well. Peace and love from Canada 🍁
This dude is absolutely someone I would hang out with haha. What a G
Man that fridge got double tapped.😂
yes to the casual mopping scene at the end 🤣🤣
The fridge thought it was safe because he wasn't going to eat anything lol.
This channel is what got my inspired to start cooking and my fridge is absolutely destroyed now
Fridge: that hurt but at least you cleaned me up
Fridge didn't even blink.
You always put me in a good mood, thank you for that.
Fridge: O thank God he's just mopping...
*Turns away
*Mopping sounds stop
Fridge: OH LORD JEEZUS!
You have ‘respected’ that fridge so much it’s visible 😅
The death of Pepperman
it will be a sad day when you have to replace that fridge.....
lightly used on Craigslist
This fridge will go for a stupid amount on ebay. Craigslist? Puh!
I can’t wait for that fridge to start fighting back!! 🤣
The first way leaves you with the least waste and gives you consistent pieces which is why restaurants do it that way
That fridge needs therapy to adress all of the trauma it has endured.
The fridge: Dude not again
I just love this guy lol he's really the best
This lightens my mood so much
And the funniest thing is the fridge just standing there doing nothing we have to call the department of appliances to report him
Let's be honest, most of us are just here to see the fridge get assaulted.
pro tip, use all parts for skewers.
im waiting for the fridge to fight back
Love the videos dude always good for a laugh and a lesson 😁
Sneak attack on the fridge! I love it!
I started cutting up my bell peppers like this after watching this video. Thanks!
My favorite part of his shows is when he beats up his fridge
His fridge: why I am here😂
Oh wow i just always used a corer knife and cut around the hard part, pull it out, then cut it in half. Also, I found out that not everyone cuts their avocado horizontally, but idk why bc it makes the most sense - it leaves the pit intact so it stays green inside! I only cut it vertically if I am planning on pitting it and using the entire fruit. Cutting it horizontally when i wrap it, I only have a tiny bit of brown instead of a huge half side of brown. 🤷🏼♀️
Seeing chefs talk about what way to cut pepper is right feels like watching people argue if milk or cerial comes forst.
I turn🫑 upside down, then I cut 3 ways from the bottom down to the top (which is now at the bottom on top of table) along the sides which once cut the top will remain alone on the table!! Then slice the 3 pieces and disregard the top!!
This makes me happy. I now say "lets go" everytime I gotta cook!
Thank you so much!!! I will definitely try that!!
I never knew slicing peppers was so controversial until getting addicted to these youtube shorts
If you cut the top and bottom off a little thinner, it doesn't result in the same waste as your version of the first method. You can cut the tops and bottoms julienne perfectly fine
Wow those are immaculate fresh peppers. Wish mine came in like that instead of the usual black rotten core
First method is for chefs like me, it's for consistency purposes. Second method is for home cooking, saves the flesh and prevent waste.
I've worked in several kitchens and we do it the first way for speed and we still cut up the tops. In a home setting it's a different story.
