I went along to the showroom in 2019, and was very impressed by everything that they've created. From the research I conducted over several months, I felt that Green Retreats - whilst not the least expensive option, currently build the best garden rooms in the UK, so if you're looking for a company who are interested in providing high quality garden rooms that are build to last at least 25 years, it's worth spending some time at the showroom. (In the end, the new house that I bought didn't have a garden that was big enough to sensibly accommodate a garden room, so it wasn't an option. However, I'll be moving again in three years, and if the new garden is big enough, I'll definitely be going back to talk to Garden Retreats.) They even gave my daughter and me a free cup of coffee each whilst we looked around!

What's the average price range from small to larger annexe
Starting at just under 22,700 (i have just seen one price for the annexe's, im guessing it would be the cheapest option, advertised) a price list would be useful as they dont appear keen to answer such questions. Maybe they could do with some more admin staff?...🤨🤷♀️

do they need planning?
Thank you for your comment and apologies for the delayed response. Planning permission is not normally required as our buildings fall under permitted development (built under 2.5m high externally). Most houses, even in conservation areas and areas of outstanding natural beauty (AONB), have permitted development rights. Flats and listed buildings have no permitted development rights, so will always need planning permission. Our team are on hand to assist through the entire process if you do happen to require planning.

It's very off putting to see the level of customer ( / perspective customer) service / lack of interest here, one wonders why you bothered to set up a UA-cam, puzzled! Some answers would be amazing.... ( shalln't be holding my breath...) 🙄
