Yes horse facility is available for carrying your luggage and it will cost you around 600 to 800 from one camp site to other

Meghna ager app bina guide k jaoge to apko jane Ki permission nhi hoga because rule banaya hua h guide is compulsory also ager app base camp m jakr tent lete ho to with food 800-1000/ day per mill jyega

Yes, possible during the season. You can talk to private groups arriving at sankri or walk into any trekking company office and they will add you to a group.
