Hi, thanks for the video. Re: send screen to a second monitor: Is there a keyboard shortcut for toggling that on and off? I need to be able to do that quickly while editing without having to go into Prefs. in order enable / disable the second monitor playback as you have shown. Many thanks!!
Hello ! I have a problem : when I choose playback on my second screen, export windows goes on my second screen behind my full screen playback. The only way I have to solve it is unplug my second screen (disable full screen playback is not available when export window is open...) Have you ever had this kind of issue ? Thanks !
Sorry... I haven't experienced that issue (nor can I recreate it on my setup). Two ideas (and these are literally me throwing blind darts): 1. BEFORE you set up the second monitor... try opening your export window and make sure it is displaying on your primary monitor (grab it at move it around a little even). 2. Also before you set up the second monitor... try choosing a different workspace. Again... sorry... just shots in the dark really. But my best guess is that... somewhere along the way, Premiere Pro believes you want the export panel on the second screen, but the full screen playback is taking precedence. So if you can somehow ensure that the export panel is on your primary display before engaging the second display... dunno... maybe?
Couldn't help but notice that you use DaVinci Resolve. Curious... are you switching to Premiere (cause most people go from Premiere to Resolve)??? Or are you just adding another tool to your arsenal?
@@UnduMedia Good observation! It's true, the current is moving from Premiere to Resolve, not the other way around. In my case, I'm running into something I'm actually surprised more people aren't talking about, and that is I'm starting to work with an established office that wants to use Premiere, not Resolve. I'm not interested in making a full switch over, but I need some skills in Premiere for this specific project, and it's an opportunity to grow my knowledge base in the industry as well.

In the Keyboard-Shortcuts there is an action called „enable transmit“. With that you can toggle the second monitor on and off:)

same thing is happening to me. did you figure out the solution?
It's pronounced "grahve".
LOL... I know... I speak French. But I was concerned that all the non French-speaking crowd wouldn't know what I meant.
@@UnduMedia lol fair enough. :^)
