I have 3 wee ones and I am totally smitten. I have knit, crochet and sewn for them but their wardrobe is not nearly as extensive as yours. So adorable! Thanks for sharing.
The Little Bitty Babies are so cute! They are definitely cuter than other 8 inch vinyl baby dolls. So far I have resisted buying one because I know I will be at Etsy buying more outfits!
I can only imagine how tedious sewing those outfits would be. I believe you know my wife has been teaching herself to sew and she's been expanding her comfort zone with AG clothing but she has categorically said NO WAY to CFB clothing lol.
Oh my. This is all absolutely precious!! I’ve been toying with the idea of getting one and between you and Deena I think you guys have sold me!! I’m done having babies but I think both my girls and I would really enjoy these. We have a few of the little babies from Target but they are fairly poor quality.
@@agtakesover My oldest was born the same year as your youngest - just a bit older - so I'm glad to hear of her endorsement! My 2 year old plays with the teeny babies quite a bit, but neither of them seem to play with Bitty Baby much. They prefer the 18 inch dolls.. I don't blame them since they have hair!
Yeah, I don't want to offend anyone but to me the bitty twins were always a bit weird because they're BB bodies with the hair of an 18" doll lol. So we have everything AG (CFB, BB, WW, and AG) *except* Bitty Twins.
Thanks! My 3.5 yr old daughter sometimes looks at them and says, "This baby's been wearing these clothes for a long, long time. We need to change her clothes." Inevitably the Caring For Baby doll in question has been in said outfit for all of a week lol.
Loved seeing your clothing collection for the babies ! Thanks for the shout out again ❤. I remember seeing on a Facebook post how someone put the nuimo sweater on the baby & I was very close to buying it but they said it wasn’t a perfect fit & I’m picky with my clothing for them
oh my gosh what a cute collection! i wasn’t doing much with my dolls when the caring for baby set first came out. so i didn’t really give it much thought. but the more i see these dolls the more i want one. they are adorable!!
They really are so cute. I didn't think I'd like them as much as I do but those Etsy sellers are just KILLING IT and making them so much more appealing!
I have 3 of the babies. I got the dark skinned baby with the set and I got the medium skinned baby once they released them separately. I also have Blix. I’ve been pondering getting stuff for them off of Etsy but haven’t yet.
I resisted these babies for so long. My good friend and sewing partner finally got me when she ordered us babies off Etsy from a China seller (the light skinned baby). I then purchased Blix. I want to get the dark skinned CFB set so I get the high chair. AG was so clueless about these babies. They are very late to the game, but they finally came. I might get the bed/pack ‘n play but that’s it. Since I pattern test, I pretty much sew for whatever dolls I own. I’ve made several outfits for them while testing (I recognize some of the patterns that were used to make your clothes). They aren’t my favorite to sew for. I’m just glad that I have a few clothing items to round out their collection. I adore your Halloween themed clothing items, especially the dragon.
You definitely should get the darker-skinned one. SO precious. And I am duly impressed that you have sewn tiny clothes for these babies! Do you sell the clothes you make? I'd love to see your work!
Well we have officially gotten enough caring for baby things that they weren't getting a more permanent nursery than my foam board collapsible room. So they might be getting an upgrade soon.
I really want to get the little black baby. I have the original and Blix. I can't see myself buying clothes for them - I can't start that - but I would like to knit a few retro baby outfits. I also have the first doll (Felicity's baby sister) but she has a cloth body. I won't be changing her out of her gown.
You should round out the collection with the darker-skinned baby for sure! We named one of ours Parker so that it can be whatever gender we feel like in the moment (we don't really develop stories or personalities for the Caring for Baby). And Felicity's baby sister is really cute!
I love the caring for babies! I definitely want to grab both options available now, and Blix down the line. Right now though I spent all my money on 65 haha! She was $53 I couldn't pass it up
These are all so adorable. I was going to buy one of the babies with a $5 reward I had, but I watched a similar video by Flanuora and quickly realized that would not be a good idea. Like you said, if you have a doll but no clothes, that's no fun. I could get in serious trouble buying clothes for a baby. :)
Nice! We got to meet your favorite customizer at the benefit sale (don't know if you watched my video about the AGBS yesterday but I mentioned her and shared some footage of her shopping bags lol).
@@agtakesover That is so cool! I'm actually watching that video right now, but I'm only about 1/2 way through, so I'm not to that part yet, but now I know to watch for it. :) Fun!! She told me part of what she bought, so I know a little, but not a lot. Thanks so much!
I have the first Caring for Baby with Highchair etc. I have Corrines baby brother. Then I just bought the darker skinned baby and the stroller. Still have not made any different clothing for them yet….
So much cuteness! I dont have any of this new line yet but I have the original 2 with the soft bodies. Do you know if the clothes fit the older ones? Love the Halloween Onesie and the Dragon costume. I have been on a bit of an American Girl spree this year I am going to have to add them to my list.
LMAO. We did end up getting one of the white ones from China on the Ebay gray market because we wanted our toddler to be able to play with one unsupervised but we also want ours to avoid concussions and other toddler-induced injuries :-)
I have 3 wee ones and I am totally smitten. I have knit, crochet and sewn for them but their wardrobe is not nearly as extensive as yours. So adorable! Thanks for sharing.
I love when other people like these babies as much as I do. And I'm impressed that you've made such tiny clothes!
The Little Bitty Babies are so cute! They are definitely cuter than other 8 inch vinyl baby dolls. So far I have resisted buying one because I know I will be at Etsy buying more outfits!
That is a totally valid reason to avoid buying one lol. I can affirm you would definitely have to increase your Etsy budget ;-)
I love the dragon outfit! They are all beautiful though. I don't like sewing teeny tiny outfits like those. It is so much harder than "big" items.
I can only imagine how tedious sewing those outfits would be. I believe you know my wife has been teaching herself to sew and she's been expanding her comfort zone with AG clothing but she has categorically said NO WAY to CFB clothing lol.

You should totally get one! (or two) My toddler LOVES them and they're really so adorable. And I agree about the quality of Target ones.

Such a beautiful wardrobe your babies have! We have 3 of them and they get the most play. ❤
Thanks! They get a LOT of play in our home, too :-)
Wow - you have an extensive collection! Such darling sets! I love the kitty costume especially the detail and lil’ mouse.
Thank you 🤗 I can't remember offhand - do you have any of the CFB dolls?
@@agtakesover yes, I have a couple and think I used one in my father’s day short.
I have to go back and watch that. I've gotten behind this month!
I have 3 babies and can’t wait to sew for them this summer.
That's fantastic. I admire your bravery and talent to sew such tiny things!

When you *do* go down the rabbit hole of Etsy clothes for these babies, I have a feeling you are REALLY going to go down the rabbit hole ;-)
@@agtakesover yes. I have about 20 things favorited in my account. Such cute stuff.
Too cute! I’ve ordered from those two sellers as well. Simply darling!
They're SO talented!

The white dress with black polka dots is nuimo, it came with the yellow coat😊

I believe that any of the caring for baby clothes will fit the older dolls. :-)
I've bought from Sew and Bow Co.
And she never disappoints, right?!
@@agtakesover Definitely not
I had five babies, but one seems to have run away from home. So, I guess I have four babies. 😁

I don’t have the Caring for Baby things. Because, I only have baby collecting 18” dolls. Though I think that the babies are cute.
That's fair. I don't really collect any other doll lines (no OG, no MLA, etc) so I get intentionally limiting what you collect :-)
