Ley beat Shaula and overpowered Emilia, Ram, and Beatrice all fighting together against him. Emilia is comparable to Priscila Marco is comparable to Julius. Roswaal was stated by Puck to be on Melakuera's level.

@@Facrinime Al has never beaten someone stronger than them. He lost to a knight who got one shot by Priscilla. Shaula died in the tower and it wasn't by Reid's hands. She never killed Ley. Roswaal fought young Marcos, they went toe to toe. *BUT* Roswaal didn't use magic. So you can say they are comparable if Roswaal isn't using his magic. Puck considers himself much stronger than Melakuera, if he's comparing Roswaal to him, then it means Puck sees Roswaal as someone much weaker than him.

@@Facrinime It was mentioned that the strength of her magic is stronger than Echidna's but weaker than Roswaal's, but it's pretty unclear what that means IMO. In terms of combat strength she doesn't really show anything remotely comparable to Echidna, who was able to wipe out a flock of dragons with a single spell, as she was hardcore struggling against Mezoreia and would have died if it wasn't for Cecilus. I guess there is Absolute Zero but that is a special case.

Marcos was confirmed recently to be only around the same level as Julius.
