Aaaaw... I just discovered your channel today! This video is located around my favorite day trip locations!! Wild Flower is one of my favorite stops-- the people are so nice, and the garden is absolutely magical. I just started camping in my car on vacation about 3 years ago. Your videos are so informative and inspiring!! Thanks so much for sharing your adventures-- maybe someday I will get brave enough to boondock!

I've watched quite a few of your videos. This was my favourite to date. I loved its mellow vibe - the slow, gentle pace of the journey, and the wonderful scenery and foodie delights - all relaxing to watch. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful area. My mom and I always wanted to visit the ocean. My mom died 9 years ago. My ellie goes in for A/C Condenser fan replacement soon as it died on me. Travling looks so fun. I would get lost though. lol I would enjoy taking photos.

Ive actually become very interested in getting an Element for car living since watching your channel! Do you have any advice on what I would need to look for/watch out for when purchasing one? Any advice is greatly appreciated! (I LOVE your ELEMENTS!!) ♥️♥️
Hi Kris, thanks for your support. That would have been such an adventure to get that Element on Ebay. Personally, I get my Honda Elements checked out by Nick at Tonkin Gresham Honda, as I am no mechanic. I am not afraid of high miles, like 150,000 to 250,000. You cannot kill these engines. Have fun looking, Cheers!
I camped in and out of a jeep for years. With the 4x4 I could go deep in and hide. I have a Ram Van now and the comfort for my 76 yo body seemed necessary but I miss feeling safe hiding deep in the woods. More difficult to find places to camp. Spent the entire wunter on BLM outside of Lake Havazu, Az.
The color of my car helps me to hide in the woods too. Thanks for watching. Cheers!

Thank you for another relaxing and entertaining video. I love my updated setup so I can cook inside on occassions when I don't want to deal with wind or rain. A 1500w battery, inverter, a 1000 w electric kettle and a Dezin electric pot. I still prefer to cook outside on propane, but when it is nice to have options. Thank you for taking us along on your journey. ❤😊

I adore Point Reyes! Been there a few times, most recently spent a week there doing a slow, deep-dive exploring all the nooks and crannies I only glanced at before. Such a treasure! I would have loved to have run into you!

North Beach is my fav at Point Reyes for napping or just vegging, watching the waves and listening to the surf. Also the only spot in the park that gets good cell signal (at least on Verizon).

Loving this. Not as far north as my stomping grounds when I lived in Orleans, CA and would take 299 out to Arcata or drove over the Bald Hills to Orick.

Love this Frank. I used to do the same thing, but found out that this is illegal to do. I stopped picking up rocks and seashells too. I leave only footprints and tire tracks now. Cheers!
Yes, I remember eating in that area when I was young. And your right about better than Florence Oregon, Moe's restaurant.
Moes is an Oregon staple, and a favorite to some, but they all have stiff competition. This is my #1 favorite...so far. Cheers!

The visit at Bolinas with the handy man was so sweet, The locals are such sweeties, and I wish that I could have stayed longer, but, the road called me North. I still need to find the replacement light, which is harder than I thought. Ninth is in amazing shape and she runs so good, I feel so lucky. WHAT? Yay! Did I convince you? lol! That seems like a pretty good deal. Find a mechanic that knows Honda Elements, Pilots or CRVs. Have them check it out. Just know that if they have not done the "major mile
maintenance you may have to spend some money to get it up to good. Things like struts, springs, check for leaks around the Vtec. Other than that, it is barely broken in. Mine purrs like a kitten with 230,000, and runs as good as the day I got here. Good luck, and let me know if you bought it. I am beyond excited for you. Cheers!

@NinthElement I live in Rochester NY in Monroe County. If you travel this way, you have to see Niagara Falls between New York and Canada. Also, just south of Rochester you need to visit Letchworth State Park 😄❤️

Didn’t realize you once lived in Petaluma. I’m glad you got out of California, it’s just so icky here. There are some nice places like where you were on the coast, but still so icky. We also got married on a beach once upon a time - was Sausalito for us.
I have a love hate with California. The traffic and some of the people drove me out, along with the house prices. Now Oregon is having issues, and my search continues for where I want to call home. Beach marriages are so charming, hopefully yours lasted. lol! Cheers!
And a lot of those Oregon issues are caused by Californians. We’re planning on moving to the Oregon coast before too long, but will leave the California issues behind and not bring them with us. Safe travels!
I am not from Oregon originally, and when you travel here you will discover that many people have moved here from "somewhere" else. California is not the problem, and if you think that life, people and politics are suddenly going to get better, buckle up buttercup, you are in for a wild ride. The grass is greener here, and you will discover other "issues" that you just may not like. I wish you and your family success in your move, and may you find the peace and happiness that you seek. Nice little adventure Mindy what a pretty area , I love the ocean and the smell , That was a coyote not a fox , fox are much smaller . I enjoys driving and exploring back roads never know what you'll see , agree taking your time is a good thing. I love that you can just pull over and sleep that is so cool. wish i could do that in Ontario.. I appreciate all that you put into your videos for us . safe travels girl.! I remember the birds scared the crap out of me. lol.
Hi Sue, good to read from you. Yes, many have corrected me about the coyote. I seldom see them so I don't really know the difference until now. I have slept in rest areas and crown land in BC. Is it different in Ontario? Honestly, you can sleep anywhere in an SUV, nobody is paying attention, they are all on their phones. lol! Cheers!
I think that it is so awesome to be able to sleep anywhere , They really are to darn strict here, gezz you usually have to sleep in a campground which sucks , Timmies might allow you to sleep a couple hours ridiculous that you cant just pull off the darn road at a beautiful spot, most of us are responsible . Your living a good life Mindy !.
