Bro. With due respect i want to say that there was no such thing 😊. Instead there were many other reasons of cheap electricity during PMLN era od 2013 to 2018. First of all, fuel price internationally was much cheaper than now. Secondly dollar rate was artificially controlled to Rs 100 despite no exports. Thirdly construction of many plants were completed after 2017 due to which capacity payments of newly constructed plants was added near 2018 in electricity bills. So these were the reasons of comparatively cheap electricity prices than now. There was no rocket science during 2013 to 18 of Nawaz Sharif govt. Come out of rosy world of Nawaz Sharif Brother 😅
