I honestly wouldn’t worry about it, we had a couple of older guys as well as some that weren’t that fit, everyone just goes at their own pace, if there’s an obstacle you can’t tackle, just move round it and take a small time penalty.
Being fit is definitely a good thing, but just come down and enjoy it regardless, that’s what it’s all about.

I’m a complete noob, still waiting for my FAC, but this is definitely something I want to work towards. Can we choose to complete it on a nice dry sunny day though without all the water and mud?? Fair weather at worse?😂

I’m not sure to be honest, it’s something I’d like to do at the next one if possible. You might have to be scored in a different category if it’s allowed.
Looks like an absolute blast. Would love to participate someday, I've already been to Finnish Brutality 2018 and 2019.
It was great fun! How’d you find the Finnish Brutality? I think I’d need to do some serious training before attempting one of them!
Can you use 223 straightpull AR15s on the full bore section?
The centrefire rifles were club guns for this one. Not sure if that will change going forwards though, it would certainly be nice if you could bring your own
Pre-positioned rifles for the fullbore were I think to simplify and speed it all up
How does one get involved with this madness?
There was supposed to be another one happening this year but so far I’ve heard nothing about it, so I imagine it’s been cancelled.
There are other clubs in the UK that may be offering similar style competitions soon.
