    Some ideas that might help:
I built a MATLAB tool that reads my TCGplayer inventory CSV, gives me some options for parameterizing the bulk I want to remove from my inventory, and then it generates two files:
    1. An upload CSV where all of the "add to" quantities are set to the negative to the current quantity.
    2. A pull sheet for me to print out and use to pick the jank from my inventory.
MATLAB has a lot of really nice vector and table manipulation capabilities so the actual programming is really clean. Obviously a tool to remove jank is different from what you're doing, but MATLAB can reduce all of this to where you tell the script to run, identify the ROCA sort file, and everything runs on its own, generating the CSVs and printable files you need. MATLAB can give you that automation you're asking for at the end of the video.

This can be done automatically with a few lines of python. If you want full end-to-end auditing of sorts use a SQL database. If the robots have ethernet you could export each job and run this process on job completion. Can even send paper pdf sort lists to employee email.

Can also do this within R as well using Tidyverse

sounds like I either need to learn some programming or pay someone who does.

@@CNA-Games In the end a csv-file is also just a text file with long lists of entries that can by easily manipulated, especially if it is something like "cut column C, E and F from one list and put it into a new one".
If you want, I can get in touch with you by E-Mail and get you a demo version as concept check. In the end, sure. Either continue doing all the tedious drag-and-drop manually or let the computer run a little script to do the same job while you can focus on running the store. 🙂

Zack@cnagames.com - I'd love to see what you can do in this realm!

Something to help you gain some time--around 6:55, you drag the formula all the way down manually. Excel does that for you if you double-click on the lower-right corner of the cell (the same place you clicked to drag it down). Hope that helps!

If you have Roca assign a column value to the undesired products that come after your Roca divider you'll find it easier to remove that data. Even if you don't have anyone on hand with Excel Macro or Python experience you could build a template with some filters that will get your data where it needs to be. Just make a copy of the template and drop the fresh data in each time. You can keep the original raw file in a folder for posterity when you're done with it.

I've been thinking about a template but when I tried to make one I think I wasn't doing it the right way. I'm gonna fiddle around with that some more because I definitely see the value in a setup like that.
