@Adaptibility plus a commitment to presenting the animals as accurately as possible. Like, I get that JWE is tied to a franchise, but to me, that just necessitates the existence of other media that isn't bound up in the restrictions of franchises.
im so glad they gave the humans a more stylised look to make them more appealing and expressional, its a step in the right direction
I don't even make the buildings, I just make dino's and let the run free. They are so amazing to watch, you guys are doing an amazing job over there! Keep it up!

Really hope they add predation and at least a basic ecosystem.
@@hellcatdave1 more like a basic instinct system, then add special attunements/adjustments to each specific species, like hadrosaurs are THIS scared of carnivores, but edmontosaurus is less scared and more prone to fight than flee, while parasaurolophus is more likely to detect danger in the first place, not needing to flee or fight at all.
THIS predator favors smaller prey, but will settle for larger prey. Plenty of ai coding unfortunately, I sure as hell wouldn't want to go through the torture of coding all the behavior (i mean I would, but man coding is hard af, as well as boring, so yea might be too tall of an idea). I hope to GOD that the animal behavior is better than JWE 2, we were promised ecosystems and got same over-hunting predators with super weak prey. They aren't promising ecosystems but I hope the animals have good behavior/coding and aren't robots. Even JPOG did a VERY good job of the ai, and it's probably so simple its funny. Give prey a chance to run, detect, hide or fight. Let predators choose prey and either ambush or pursuit based on themselves(sabre tooth ambushes, wolves pursuit, or perhaps a mix of both for something else idk).

For me, Jurassic feels like a snobby rich person, putting up "fancy" enclosures and show off you got the money to have dinosaurs.

This shot at 1:08 made me squeal so hard and made me so damn happy man! Interspecies interaction (meaning just animals of different species hanging out and being chill together instead of just fighting) is something I’ve wanted to see in Jurassic World Evolution 2 for so long and seeing prehistoric animals who would realistically never interact with each other because they lived millions of years apart in different time periods just hanging out just UGH 😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️✨✨ Thank you game so much!!!
You devs are just doing an amazing job! As a big Dinosaur fan (prehistoric and sience fan) this game is just a dream for me. And its getting better and better. :)

The only little thing judging by this trailer that could be improved is to have food etc "fade in" instead of just appearing instantly. Everything else looks fantastic though and I love the new art style and animation for the people in the park! ❤

True! Scalable object is a game changer! And cool that you can swap textures on building pieces, instead of separate pieces for each texture.

But I think it would be best if you'd have to determine a road for truck deliveries, so they could drive along that road until they reach the edge of the map instead of just disappearing...
maybe in the future this will be changed but for now its good I think.

Hey I am having issues since Update 11 as it became more difficult to click on the animals and their enclosures in order to clean, feed, sell or know the animal well being. I have used the same mouse since purchase now a year ago. Is there something new with the mouse that changed in the game or is that a game performance issue? Please let me know

Yes.
I guess something I think this game would do well with is what I would like to refer to as Secret Animals. Stuff like Koolosuchus, Postosuchus, Dodo Gastornis, Megalania, and Deinosuchus. They aren’t Dino’s or Mammals.
So what I would do is put these in the campaign mode locked behind a specific achievement that needs to be done on specific maps. Basically like a little bonus that feels earned. The fact that they don’t fit the mold of Dino or Mammal makes them special. I don’t know. Developing a game is hard. Especially with a small team. Personally I think what makes a game fun is that feeling of achievement.

i hate to be that guy, but birds are dinosaurs. but i get what you mean.
Either way. I think locking some animals behind achievements on certain maps helps add a level of challenge to the game. I wouldn’t make the challenges very hard, but something fun unique.
Or they physically could hide something on the map that could be found to unlock the species. My point is, it’s one thing to just add new animals. But tying new animals INTO the gameplay helps. I figure achievement animals should be special though.
Personally waiting on Megloceras which I know is part of their list.
I hope they will add some prehistoric birds, phorusrhacos, Gastornis, Moa or Dodo :D

Not gonna lie, kinda glad that dinosaur-eating-human animations aren’t in the game yet cause that would give PK a Jurassic Park vibe which it isn’t (unpopular opinion)
