@@rage2904 incase you don't know what a shopping centre is a giant building with alot of different shops in it that sells different items. Instead of having small/giant standing stores they put a bunch together which is better then having Wallmart as a giant standing all in one place.
If I was the store owner I would be asking the caller: "If you've been in my store then what color is such and such an item is in the corner?" Just ask the caller about the appearance of a unique item that only someone in the store would know.
