South Devon Railway Winter Steam Gala Friday 3rd January 2025

it all went wrong today. Visiting Bristol Dock tank "Henbury" was declared a failure first thing so the resident 09 Diesel Shunter took over its duties.
Freeze weather also meant a delay at the start which snowballed into a 1hour 15 min delay by the time I left.
Weather was nice. And the cups of tea were hot so not all bad.
