What's the difference between the plus and the standard model?

Can you post a video on how to change temperature and perhaps the calibration steps? The users manual doesn’t clearly articulate these steps. Thank you very much

Hold the steam button for 5 seconds to change temp. Hold the cup bottoms to set pour length
